You definitely do not need to purchase heavy winter woollens for staying in this part of the country. Summers are warm and consistent, though rest of the year has plenty of rainfall. You may experience a miniscule amount of snowfall during the year. A raincoat is guaranteed to be your best friend here throughout the year.
